Nove at Galleria

Octavo Management Group, led by the esteemed Italian chef Umberto Bombana, has recently taken over The Galleria's sprawling multi-floor space (formerly occupied by the European brasserie, Margo) to introduce the second location of their innovative dim sum lounge, Nove. The venue spans multiple levels, offering a delightful array of dining experiences throughout the day, whether you seek a leisurely lunch, a tranquil afternoon tea retreat, an exquisite dinner affair, or even a post-dinner libation. The mezzanine, once home to Martini bar Kyle & Bain, now welcomes guests to indulge in tempting after-dinner drinks that include sippers using a selection of their prized Chinese teas. In addition to Nove's delectable classics, the restaurant has introduced new dishes, such as the Peking duck (which can be ordered in half portions).
