Time Out says

Originally started out as a modest coffee shop located on the slopes of Graham Street by Benny Leung and Sam Chan, NOC Coffee Co. has since amassed a popular following and become a household name in the Hong Kong java scene. Now, NOC has expanded its coffee empire to a seventh branch in Tin Hau.

The new space, which boasts 1,700 sq ft of space, is not only a gem for caffeine lovers but for design fans as well. It’s situated on the ground floor of The Mercury, a New York warehouse-inspired serviced apartment building, welcoming guests with a brick façade and a unique mural at the entrance. From its L-shaped coffee bar, order up NOC’s house-roasted coffee or their signature pour-over coffee. Food-wise, there’ll be plenty of healthy brunch items and comfort food to choose from, including scrambled crab toast and loaded potato waffle.
