Nina Patisserie

On the ground floor of Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, Nina Patisserie is the brand's first-ever cake shop offering classic style desserts and pastries along with a new series of retail products and confectionary at the lobby. Highlights include their signature Napoleon Collection which feature that incredible crisp and light laminated puff pastry layered with rich custard and fresh fruit and Nina Palmiers which have been relaunched with flavours including original and chocolate, black and white sesame, and golden egg yolk. Cake-wise, a sweetcorn, passion fruit, or Earl Grey Tea mousse cake, as well as a red bean ganache and green tea cream cake, is worth sampling too. The cake shop will also offer all-day pastries in the form of croissants,  danishes, and scones, while morning breakfast sets and lunch bites such as salads and sandwiches keep you going throughout the day. You can even indulge in their afternoon tea which offers sweet and savoury sweets.
