This month, oenophiles can check out a new French wine bistro at trendy hotspot H Code. Taking its name from the French word for 'nose', Nez offers classic French bistro fare paired with a selection of boutique and hard-to-source wines specially curated by Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong’s sommelier Victor Petiot. Heading the kitchen is chef de cuisine Don Wong, who is taking 25 years of his culinary experience to the table. Expect classic dishes, including classic beef tartare ($328), Burgundy snails ($208), and Bavette de Boeuf Wagyu ($498) served with classic creamy mashed potatoes.
