Chic Parisian eatery Eiffel Bistro in Taikoo Shing has a new a la carte menu with some mouthwatering French classics such as salade Lyonnaise with a perfectly poached egg, bacon and a frisée salad with a Dijon mustard dressing or a melt in the mouth French duck confit with sarladaise potatoes. Heartier options include the delightfully crispy pork belly with oyster mushrooms and pork gravy or the creamy spaghetti carbonara with a wonderfully oozy 63 degree egg. They’re fabulously French winter warmers.
