Nam Fong

The first of the three restaurants opening in Le Méridien this year. Nam Fong serves creatively executed Cantonese cuisine headed by chef Bosco Li. Signature dishes include refined dim sum with Nam Fong steamed shrimp dumpling, steamed spotted grouper dumpling in pickled mustard green sauce, and deep-fried assorted mushroom glutinous dumplings. Other dishes include maple wood smoked soy sauce yellow chicken and sweet and sour Iberico pork.
