Sustainability is more salient than ever and their commitment to sustainable seafood, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong has created an exclusive menu featuring 16 dishes for two of its restaurants, Big Bay Café and Hung Tong, using Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified seafood so you can enjoy a meal without harming the environment.
At Kerry’s signature Chinese restaurant, try out dishes like stir-fried ling fillet with sweet and sour sauce, and baked mussels with cream and cheese sauce. For a more relaxed environment with panoramic views, head to Big Bay Cafe for a wide variety of sustainable seafood dishes including cod fillet with miso and Dutch mussels poached in a paprika cream sauce.
The menus are available exclusively between August 9 and 19 at both outlets.
