The food is on both the traditional and the innovative sides, and the signatures include the baked aubergine stuffed with seafood, the Mediterranean salad with smoked salmon, tuna and prawns, and the awesome chicken, olive and preserved lemon tagine. There are also some outstanding grills here, which come skewered on swords, as well as tons of great meat and seafood platters.
