Established by a native Latvian, Mayse makes its bread using a homemade organic sourdough starter and other organic ingredients. Founder Alex bakes healthy wheat bread, bread with olives and seeds, rye bread, sourdough bread and more. Customers can telephone (or WhatsApp via the same number) to order and ensure their bread of choice is available.
