This little corner bistro is celebrating its fourth anniversary this month. They were one of the first to turn Gough St into the eating destination that it is today, serving Western fare in a cutesy patriotic French atmosphere. On a decent day, grab one of the tables outside and watch the lunchtime hacky-sack players destroy each other in the yard. Meal for two without wine and service: $600.
