Les Papilles, which means taste buds in French, is a small bistro interpreting French classics with modernity. The restaurant offers a tasting menu ($680 for seven courses) created by executive chef Jeff Chan who has worked at establishments including Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, Pastis, and Aqua Restaurants to name a few. The new restaurant offers a relaxed vibe with food to match such as grilled sea bream with lobster sauce, French sirloin steak with vanilla butter, lightly smoked salmon with caviar, and a crab and sea urchin with celeriac foam.
