To celebrate its first anniversary in Hong Kong, French restaurant Le 39V hosts a special four-hands dinner presented by resident exec chef Nicolas Raynal and Frédéric Vardon, founder and chef of Le 39V’s Michelin-starred outlet in Paris. Expect extravagant dishes, such as black truffle cheese puffs with sea urchin, and raw scallops with Kristal Gold caviar. The seven-course dinner goes for $1,580 per person and is served from September 27 to October 6.
