At their Jordan location, this traditional restaurant serves an array of authentic Cantonese dishes, as well as great seafood. Their signature is the Alaskan crab, which is prepared in two unique ways: the first is by creating a gravy of the crab meat and serving it alongside rice, and the second has them cook crab legs in chicken fat. Apart from their crab, they also do an amazing suckling pig.
