KollaBo is a collaborative concept which combines Korean barbecue and Japanese yakiniku cuisine from different establishments across Japan. Highlights from the menu include SoBackJa’s ganjang gejang, a marinated raw crab in a 40-year-old secret soy sauce, and Myongmul Dakgalbi’s spicy stir-fried chicken with cheese, along with premium meats from Wagyu Yakiniku in Japan.
