Kaetsu

If you like good sashimi, saga beef, and a decent set menu, Kaetsu is the temple for you. Kaetsu's serene atmosphere features lots of wood and minimalist décor, while the refined menu features top quality ingredients flown in from Japan for such dishes as sushi, tempura, teppanyaki, sukiyaki and shabu shabu. It's slightly pricey but the quality is unbeatable and the atmosphere is pleasantly casual. Overall, a satisfying and meditative culinary experience.
