This unassuming eatery nestled behind the flower stalls of Wan Chai's Gresson Street is helmed by chef Tiff Lo, who names the restaurant as an ode to her grandmother. Being trained under such preeminent chefs as Pierre Koffman, Lo serves up a selection of down-to-earth dishes with French sensibility, including oyster and pickled cucumber ($68), steak tartare ($208), and duck à l'orange ($368). Enjoy these dishes and many more in a cosy, modern-style country setting.
