Quarry bay is not known for its culinary excellence, but that was before Ito San came into a tiny little shop on the edge of Quarry Bay. At lunch, you will see your favourite CNN anchors milling about over a carb-free lunch. At night, the Japanese crew from Tai Koo Shing flocks here to get authentic grub. When in season, Chef Ito imports thumbnail-sized crabs for deep frying. Not to be missed. Meal for one: $400
