Founded in 1946, Ho Hung Kee went from street stalls to becoming the first Hong Kong wonton noodle shop recommended by Michelin. Whether it’s the wonton’s size, colour, taste, the texture of the noodles, the density of the soup, Hong Kung Kee still uses the most traditional cooking techniques in preparing their food. In addition to noodles, they also have a variety of dim sum, stir-fries and congee food. We recommend trying their Wonton Noodles, Fengcheng Shrimp Dumpling Noodles, Assorted Meat Congee with Sliced Fish, Honey Char Siu Croquette and Fried Beef Noodles.
