This July 4, Henry at Rosewood Hong Kong will be celebrating American Independence Day in style with an all-you-can-eat barbecue complemented by free-flow drinks. For the barbecue, Chef de Cuisine Nathan Green will take inspiration from the cooking traditions of The US' southern states, with a host of meaty offerings sure to make any carnivore's mouth water.
For starters, diners can enjoy Henry's Butchers Shop Terrine served with house chutney, cold smoked steak tartare, a plate of Fine de Claire oysters with bourbon mignonette, and smoked eggplant served with blue cheese, salt-baked pear and walnut.

After the starters, hungry patrons can then tuck into seven pepper beef brisket – made with USDA prime beef brisket from Brandt Farms in Reedley, California – with espresso BBQ sauce; BBQ pork belly, sourced from Snake River Farms in Boise, Idaho; BBQ chicken sourced from Brink Farms in Hamilton, Michigan; and house andouille sausage. Of course, a proper American-style barbecue wouldn't be complete without sides, and Henry makes sure to do things right by offering charred corn with harissa and parmesan; mac and cheese with devilled lobster, spring onion and cotija; fire-roasted salad with peppers, tomato, onion, lime, coriander, and mint; and more!
Finish off this decadent feast with some of Henry's desserts, including a chocolate fondant with pretzel milk ice cream; an American-style cheesecake, or a classic ice cream sundae. As for the free-flow drinks, stay in the barbecue spirit by sipping away on Brooklyn Lager, Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine, various wines, and punch.

On this special date, there will be two seating times, the first from 12pm, and the second from 2.30pm. The price is $998 per person or $668 for the food without the free-flow drinks.
