Peek inside the revamped Harbourside:
Regent Hong Kong is back, and the legendary hotel has brought back its iconic dining destinations, including its popular buffet restaurant Harbourside. Helmed by head chef Nicholas Chan, the restaurant offers a sumptuous lunch ($528 weekday; $688 weekend and public holiday) and dinner ($888 Sunday to Thursday; $928 Friday, Saturday, public holiday) buffet featuring Asian and Western cuisine made with premium seasonal ingredients. Dine overlooking the magnificent harbour and indulge in freshly made dishes. The raw and seafood station presents sushi, sashimi, fresh and juicy crustaceans, shrimps, and meaty crabs. The carving and cooked food station offers US Tomahawk steak, roasted Hokkaido pork belly, pizza, pasta, dim sum, piping hot made-to-order laksa, and eel rice bowl. Those with a sweet tooth can make a beeline for the treats over at the dessert station, where they grab cakes, cookies, madeleines, or mix and match toppings for the homemade ice cream offerings and have it as a filling for the freshly made crepes. Menus will change depending on seasonal produce, so expect to taste something different every time you drop by.
