Think of a café that embodies that aesthetic of old meets new. Think distressed concrete walls and a concrete floor on which stand minimalist light wooden tables and a hodgepodge of mismatching stools. Add to this some dangling vegetation and a touch of quirky industrial art on the walls and you have Halfway Coffee. The place emanates a lot of old charm, and in no way is this more pronounced than in the old-school porcelain cups that the beverages are served in.
