Run by social enterprise Gingko House, Gingko Moment is a western-style restaurant that offers a range of dishes inspired by international cuisine. The staff are Hong Kong's silver-haired folk that have been employed and empowered by Gingko House. The restaurant also has live folk band performances every night from other silver-haired stars.
