Time Out says

If you’ve heard the popular story of how pasta came to be, you’ll know that China and Italy have a longstanding culinary relationship. This month, you’ll get a taste of just how well they work together as Kin’s Kitchen and Giando present two special menus that mix and match the flavours, ingredients and cooking techniques of both cultures.

At Giando, guests can try the seven-course Chinese-inspired Italian menu ($728) with dishes such as the stir-fried tagliolini with smoked roasted chicken, mushrooms broth and black Italian truffles. Meanwhile, at celebrated Cantonese restaurant, Kin’s Kitchen, chefs Lau Kin-wai and Lau Chun offers five courses ($638 with minimum one-day advance booking), including stir-fried burrata with lobster tail and tree mushroom, and polenta ice cream with toffee crunch.
