Ganbei Yakitori

With shops in Tsim Sha Tsui and Sai Ying Pun, you can enjoy Ganbei on either side of the harbour. The menu of skewers goes beyond the usual chicken, offering a range of cuts from Angus beef to ox tongue and Ibérico pork belly to bacon, as well as the assortment of chicken innards, wings and skin you would expect. The décor is pared-back yet quite refined, making the small shop a nice place to hang out, chug some sake and eat some smoky meat fresh off the grill.
