Opened by the same team behind Posto Pubblico and Linguini Fini, Frank’s is a casual Italian American joint specialising in hearty food and warm hospitality. The bar's reopening in September 2021 included a new look and a new magazine-style menu featuring a refreshed offering of Italian American classics crafted by chef Vinny Lauria, as well as a revamped cocktail menu prepared by bar director Alex Chatte. Hit up the first floor for some live DJ sets while sipping on Frank's signature cocktails that includes their new Mulberry Street Sour ($95) made with bourbon and Barolo Chinato and a boozy mezcal drink called Bulletproof Cadillac ($120). Book a seat at the second-floor dining lounge to catch the venue's original signatures like Frank's Meatballs ($85) and linguine clams ($165) and a menu of revolving specials, including raw seafood Crudo ($150) and Baked Oyster ($65/piece). Those who love caviar can partake of the bar's Caviar Service ($550/30 grams) served with shrimp crackers and a sumptuous Tuscan onion dip. Drinks on the dining lounge are not veering away from the kitchen; guests can taste savoury cocktails inspired by Italian American dishes like Italian rice balls Arancini ($100) – made with vodka, baijiu, sweet herbal liqueur Galliano, saffron liqueur, and egg white – and pesto-inspired Tom Collins called Farfalle Alla Genovese ($115) made with Old Tom gin, pine nut syrup, lemon, basil, and soda.
