Since opening their first venue in Wan Chai in 2018, Middle Eastern restaurant Francis has expanded their horizons with a new location in Soho. Here, diners can savour a marriage between Mediterranean and North African flavours in dishes like mashwiya, a Tunisan grilled salad; raw tuna mixed with argan and yellow gazpacho, spanner crab with chraime, and lamb merguez sausage. A chef’s menu is soon to be available at the restaurant, which will include a regularly changing selection of signature appetisers, entrees, and desserts.
