Time Out says

Since opening its doors in April of this year, Arbor’s already garnered high praise for marrying French culinary technique with fine Japanese ingredients. Taking this union to new heights, the restaurant invites sushi chef Ryujiro Nakmura of Tokyo’s two Michelin-starred Umi for a special collaboration with its very own chef de cuisine, Eric Räty. The four-hands lunch ($1,988) and dinner ($3,888) will be served for two days only on October 9 and 10, and features some of the finest seasonal ingredients from Japan.
