Produce is flown in almost every day to the Food Factory from their suppliers in Europe and the United States. These guys take their meat extremely seriously, carrying out site inspections on suppliers regularly, which means visiting butchers in the US and seafood farms in Italy and France. Minimum order for free shipping is $500, otherwise add an additional $50 is added to your order. The shop delivers around Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Monday to Saturday and other select days everywhere else.
