Time Out says

Fernando’s is an institution. Every taxi driver will know exactly where to take you. Don’t expect to be seated right away if you go on a Friday or Saturday night. People start queuing up around 5.30pm to grab a table. Luckily there’s a bar out the back where diners can snack on plates of chorizo or play a game of foosball while they wait. Inside, diners linger over clams in clam and tomoato sauce, mopping up the garlicky liquid with warm crusty bread. An order of caldo verde, char-grilled pork ribs, along with a bottle of cheap-but-tasty vinho verde, try a bottle of Aveleda, will erase all the waiting-time misery. And, as they say, "hunger is the best spice". Nearby Hac Sa beach and offers a good option for a lesuirely stroll after your feast. MOP350.
