Time Out says

Eaton HK’s Foodhall is a cultural complex that blends dining and creativity, and was inspired in part by founder, Katherine Lo’s fond childhood memories in Hong Kong – from the Jordan noodle shop she recalls visiting with her mother, to family outings with her father at local nostalgic diners, and Wong Kar Wai’s 1990’s films. Going beyond the offerings of a typical Hong Kong food market, Eaton HK’s Food Hall will be a destination for high-quality local and international cuisine – ranging from congee to sustainable cocktails, and beyond – and foster a sense of community through a built-in radio station and robust cultural programming that will explore important social issues that impact the local culture. Eaton Food Hall aims to be a place where locals, artists, creatives, community members, and more can come to gather, hang out, work, have a coffee, make art, and make the world a better place.
