Dough Bros (Soho)

The team behind the extremely popular Happy Valley pizza, doughnut, and craft beer shop have recently expanded just months after their Hong Kong debut, this time setting up shop on Soho's Elgin Street. Although the menu is set to stay pretty much the same as at the original branch – think pepperoni, to Parma ham, meatball, and classic mozzarella, this new opening will give residents and revellers around Central easy access to their tasty sourdough creations.
