For all you noodle lovers out there, Dam:a is here. Opening in Sai Ying Pun, this noodle bar is brought to you by the same team behind Korean restaurant OBP and takes inspiration from Korean noodle bars to make more creative comfort food. Dam:a, in reference to the Korean phrase of ‘putting it in a bowl’, has a menu which features snacks, daily specials, and noodles like Sullung ($148) with South African M5 Wagyu in traditional Korean beef broth; Sam Gae ($128) with Korean ginseng chicken broth; Spicy chicken ($118) and much more. Drinks-wise, sake, highballs, soju, and draught beer is available.
