Located on Wing Kut Street, this latest opening in Central is spotlighting a fusion of Chinese and Western culinary traditions. The restaurant presents an intimate space with counter seating and an open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs as their meals are prepared. Expect a seasonal five-course dinner menu ($680) highlighting traditional Chinese ingredients, including dishes like Chinese Sausage Carbonara with onsen-tamago, charcoal grilled eel with preserved Chinese ham and spinach, and preserved duck leg ravioli with duck consommé. In time for the festive season, the restaurant offers an eight-course menu ($980) from December 23 to 27, and 31. Make sure to book at least two days in advance as they need time for preparation.
