Chef Tammasak (Noi) Chootong, owner and executive chef of SUAY Cherngtalay, a Michelin-recommended restaurant in Phuket, is set to make his debut in Hong Kong with a four-day guest shift at Hyatt Centric’s Cruise Restaurant & Bar from September 13 to 16.

Renowned for his skill in elevating classic Thai flavours with European-inspired techniques, chef Noi, who has previously appeared on Iron Chef Thailand, is teaming up with Cruise’s chef de cuisine, Adisak Choksamritphon, to present a contemporary Thai feast.

Indulge in SUAY’s signature specials and Cruise’s beloved classics amidst the breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The offering is available during lunch and dinner from the special a la carte menu and ‘Four Hands Feed Me!’ tasting set ($680/person). Highlights include foie gras in betel leaf wrap – chef Noi’s unique take on the famous Thai miang kham (one-bite wrap); crab cakes with sriracha aioli and mango chutney, which have been featured in the Michelin Guide; as well as brown tapioca pudding with coconut rum raisin ice cream and white caramel sesame chip.

Mark your calendars and book your table today.
