Local food critic and writer Chua Lam launches a new Vietnamese restaurant named, quite straightforwardly, Chua Lam’s Pho. The restaurant recreates the same broth recipe served at Melbourne’s Pho Dung – a restaurant that Chua has visited for more than 30 times and claims to do the best pho. Try it for yourself to see if it’s really worth the hype, and be sure to also taste the restaurant's other offerings, such as crispy spring rolls and grilled pork neck.
