This compact husband-and-wife eatery does succulent marinated goose in Chiu Chow style. Thin slices of goose served with marinated tofu, made to a family recipe, are dipped in a delicious vinegar sauce. Costing just $40 (and served with soup) this is excellent value. Meal for one: around $100.
