Helmed by executive chef Angelo Mc Donnell, Chef's Cuts provides quality meals using the shop's gourmet selections of sustainable seafood, meats, and artisan products. Highlights from their menu include house fat-aged black Angus ribeye ($488) paired with fries and roasted garlic butter and smoked pastrami Reuben ($158) made with slow-cooked smoked beef with truffle brie. For pescatarians, dig into sustainable seafood from around the world, including caviar ($720/30g, $1,100/50g, $2,000/125g) accompanied with toast and sides, house chilled seafood platter ($498 for two), and lobster and tiger prawn roll ($178).
