Hot on the heels of Chifa, Madame Ching and Hugger Mugger, Pirata Group rolls out yet another restaurant, this time focusing on modern Indian fare. With experience from London’s Michelin-starred Benares, culinary director Balaji Balachander plates up a state-spanning selection of Indian dishes, many of which are designed for sharing. Also expect spice-infused Indian-inspired cocktails and, of course, delicious chai teas.
