This summer Sake Central is offering a plethora of experiences for everyone to enjoy. Kicking things off, the Sake Central team has created an izakaya-inspired menu to be enjoyed at KIN Food Halls for three nights only from July 11 to 13. Combining a menu full of umami, simplicity, and freshness together with quality drinks, Sake Central’s specialists pair each dish with a different sake to complement the dishes’ unique flavours. Reserve your spot at KIN food halls here.
Back at Sake Central’s store in PMQ, celebrate Sake Matsuri Day on July 16 and sample over 50 different sake for two hours, featuring limited edition releases, unpasteurized sake, and other libations from Hong Kong’s sake world. Continue the celebrations as the evening carries on by reserving your spot for dinner with a seasonal menu created by chef Vincent Ladislao. On July 14, they are teaming up with Japanese ceramics gallery Waka Artisans for a special Momo-shu and Ichigo-shu making and tasting workshop. Reserve your spot here.
