2023 marks the 14th anniversary for Casa Lisboa, which has long been a beacon of authentic Portuguese delights. Executive chef Rodolfo Vicente knocks up some cracking dishes at this classy spot, including the house special, bacalhau, which is a traditional Portuguese dried salted codfish. It appears in many dishes but our favourite is a mains that pairs it with rustic potatoes. Some of our favourite dishes include the bacalhau dried salted codfish with rustic potatoes, Cataplana stew, and garlic octopus.
