Tai Kwun has fast become the dining destination in Central with plenty of exciting new restaurants within its property. Newcomer Cantina brings an Italian flair to the space with chef Luca Schiavone’s redefined classic dishes. Designed for sharing to get the most flavour out of your meal, you’ll find handmade pasta, risotto and signature thin-crust pizza (from varying regions) on the menu. We’re most keen on the street-style panelle; cavatelli pasta with pork ribs, beef flank and fennel sausage; and the pollo alla stemperata, the tangy Sicilian family stew. Not sure what to get? Cantina also serves a tasting menu where the restaurant will present an assortment of dishes to surprise you. The restaurant will open for dinner starting May 6, brunch from May 14, and lunch from May 16.
