Boy n Burger proclaims ‘better burgers for everyone’ and is the newest fast-casual joint in Wan Chai that offers burgers made with antibiotic-free 20-day salt moss-aged grass and wild cereal grain-fed beef. Plus, all vegetables are sourced from local farms, while meat, seafood and dairy items are entirely traceable – paving the way for sustainable burgers in Hong Kong. On the menu, British grass-fed beef burgers are available for an easy $28, and the signature Bobby Burger, which has two beef patties with house sauce, pickles, onion, tomato and lettuce – all grown in Hong Kong – is going for an equally reasonable $55. Add $25 to make it a set with skinny fries, green apple slaw or tater tots, and an unlimited refillable drink (for dine-in). Chicken, fish and vegetarian options are also available. For those feeding more, sliders are also available and come in a box of six ($150) or 12 mini burgers ($240).
