Big Birdy (Wan Chai)

After opening in Sai Ying Pun last October, Big Birdy is flying to Wan Chai this February and setting up their flagship store on the bustling food and drink strip of Ship Street. Offering their free-range flame grilled Portuguese style chicken (in little $85; half $160; and whole $290 portions), served with all the fragrant Peri Peri sauces we love, the restaurant will also offer chicken sandwiches (including the beloved Heisenberg burger $130), crispy chicken and waffles ($150), and a whole host of superfood sides, all of which can be washed down with their cocktails and specialty beers.
