Aussie Grill by Outback

Aussie Grill by Outback, the people behind Outback Steakhouse, has opened its doors in the heart of Central, in an expansive two-floor space in the Entertainment Building. Their aim to offer speedy and affordable Australian fare will come to the table as signature burgers, hearty steaks, snacks, salads, and desserts. Highlights include a Bacon bomb burger ($98) which is topped with jalapeños, bacon onion jam, crispy bacon, Cheddar cheese, housemade pickles and aioli; a US Wagyu sirloin ($128) sliced and dressed with peppercorn sauce and arugula garnish; and a twist on the classic Bloomin’ Onion called Aussie Petals ($42).
