Amaze Dumplings, founded by Hong Kong native Hailey Wong, is a dumplings shop serving juicy hand-made dumplings in Mid-Levels. The shop started their brick and mortar pick-up venue in Causeway Bay before moving to Caine Road in 2022. Must-tries include their signature Mala chicken and chicken tender bone wontons and Dan Dan noodles.
