Time Out says

This famous ramen joint, which was founded in Japan by Hiroto Nakamura in 2001, is named after Mount Afuri in the Kanagawa Prefecture and is well known for its yuzu shio ramen in Japan and beyond. With locations in the US, Singapore and Hong Kong, Afuri continues to attract noodle slurpers with their steaming bowls of ramen which is filled with homemade wheat noodles in a flavourful chicken broth infused with zesty yuzu.
