Simon Rogan’s one Michelin-starred and Green Michelin-starred restaurant Roganic is set to soft open in its new location at Lee Garden One, Causeway Bay, in mid-December 2024, before officially launching in January 2025. Unlike its previous iteration which focused on providing tasting menus, Roganic 2.0 introduces a new menu format that allows guests to select their dishes, providing a relaxed and flexible dining experience.

Additionally, the new venue’s design – created by award-winning local interior design group Atelier E – follows Roganic’s ethos of sustainability. The dining room incorporates eco-friendly materials such as locally sourced wood as well as using upcycled furniture and reclaimed flooring from the restaurant’s original location.

During Roganic’s re-opening period, key members from Simon Rogan’s prestigious restaurant group will be at the venue to ensure that the food and service are of high standards. Reservations for Roganic will be released from early December, and the restaurant will be fully open to the public by January 2025.
