Island Shangri-La's Lobster Bar – recently placing 44th on Asia's 50 Best Bars list – introduces new libations to their menu roundup for the year. Bar manager Bob Louison was inspired by classic cocktails dating back from the 16th to 19th centuries in the creation of this new The Archivist menu, which comprises 12 cocktails and six mocktails to welcome summer. Transport yourself around the world and through history with these exciting twists on the classics, with period influences from the origins of cocktails, its golden age, until the post-prohibition era. Order classics like Fish House Punch, Brandy Crusta, Little Egypt, El Presidente, and Deep Sea cocktails available for $130 per glass, or sip through the present with the bar's new renditions – that come in both spiked or non-alcoholic – available from $110 to $140.

If you get hungry, the new menu also offers the perfect grub to complement the drinks, which includes lobster bar puffs, lobster roll, country terrine. Alternatively, you can opt for the hearty seafood platter.
