Following the announcement that they’re calling it quits, members of Irish boyband Boyzone are making the rounds across the globe to bid farewell to fans and to promote their sixth and apparently, last album Thank You & Goodnight. And fans, hold your screams – because the Irish phenomenon will be making a stop in Hong Kong on March 26 at Kitec’s Star Hall.
Even with contemporaries like Westlife and Take That, the boyband (or manband now, really) is still one of the most successful bands in Ireland and the UK with a string of number-one hits. The group’s latest album, which was released last year and marked the 25th anniversary of an impressive career, features great pop anthems like Because and Love, as well as an emotional track featuring vocals from the late Stephen Gately.
Tickets will be available from Feb 20 on hkticketing with prices at $580-$1,280. So if you’re feeling nostalgic for the 90s, or just love Ronan, Keith, Mikey and Shane, don’t miss out on their very last show in Hong Kong.
