DINE AND DANCE Two floors, slick surfaces, quality food options, and various drinks specials that don’t involve paying a commission – though Heat is on Wan Chai’s Lockhart Road, it’s cut from a different cloth than many of its neighbours. Upstairs there’s a restaurant that turns into a club in the later hours, and plays host to DJ parties at the weekends. Downstairs is more relaxed, with booth seating for large groups and suitably mellower tunes.
